Context

Cegid calls on Devoteam to help the Design Team with several projects.

Demand and objectives

As a UX/UI designer, my main job is to set up the methodology for each project, from user interviews to prototype creation through the organization of workshops. The projects mainly consist of redesigns of existing tools, or the addition of functionalities.

Intervention and results

Deadlines are short as we only have 1 month and a half to create the new version of the formation tool. With effort from everyone on the team, and no time wasted, we managed to get the product out in time.
